How do I find a Plumber or Gas installer that I can trust?

The Golden question!! Well generally it has always been best to have a company recommended to you. This however is not always possible. The best we can answer this is to go with the recognized governing body such as CORGI (http://www.corgi-gas-safety.com/) for gas installers, or the Institute of Plumbers ( http://www.iphe.org.uk/iphememdb.html) for plumbers.
They will find you any number of Companies registered in your area for your work.

Who is responisible for A GAS or WATER leak on my propery?

If the leak is on your property, it may not always be your responsibility to pay for repairs.
Always check to find out where exactly the leak has occurred on the pipework. You may find that the supplier is responsible for some or all of the repair costs.

What is a Landlords GAS Safety Certificate?

A Landlord gas safety certificate is a document issued by a Corgi registered Gas engineer for the gas appliances and flue systems that are present in the premises that you live or work in.
The certificate is only issued to the landlord when all gas appliances have been tested and found to be working correctly and safely.
The certificate is required to be updated anually.
